The Website does not operate as an e-commerce portal, transactional system, booking engine, service delivery platform, payment interface, membership system, or contractual engagement mechanism. No purchase, financial transaction, registration process, or order fulfilment activity is conducted on or through the Website. The Website merely facilitates preliminary communication between Users and the Company, allowing Users to submit inquiries, express interest in the Company’s services, or request additional information. Such voluntarily submitted personal data may include your name, email address, telephone number, organisation or company name, professional designation, geographic location, the subject and context of your inquiry, and any additional information you choose to include in your communication. The Company does not request, solicit, or require Users to provide any sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial information, biometric identifiers, Aadhaar details, health information, or other sensitive categories recognised under law. Such technical data is collected to ensure the proper functioning, security, performance, and optimisation of the Website, as well as to generate aggregated analytical insights. Technical data does not identify you personally unless combined with personal data voluntarily submitted by you.

The personal data collected by the Company is processed strictly for lawful and legitimate purposes. These purposes include responding to your inquiries, understanding your requirements, exploring potential professional engagements, communicating with you regarding your inquiry, scheduling discussions, maintaining records of correspondence, improving internal administrative processes, enhancing the content and security of the Website, fulfilling legal obligations, preventing misuse or fraudulent use of the Website, and protecting the Company’s lawful interests.
